You and your guests will stay at one of Orlando’s premier hotels. Let our award winning reservation department know how many guests will be travelling with you and we’ll take care of the rest.
We advise that you book your trip at least 30 days in advance of your preferred travel dates to Orlando. With 30 days notice, we can guarantee you will get the dates you request. There are no blackout dates for your Orlando trip, you can travel during the Winter Holidays, Spring Break, and the Fourth of July.
A 60 day notice is requested for Bonus Trips. Details about your hotel, where to check into the Welcome Center and specifics on your accommodations will be provided via US mail 3-4 weeks before your travel dates.

Once you arrive in Daytona, you and your guests will stay at one of Daytona Beach’s premier hotels. Contact our award winning reservation department to book your trip to Daytona Beach, let us know how many guests will be travelling with you and we’ll take care of the rest.
With recommend at least 30 days notice before your travel dates to Daytona. There are minimum blackout dates for Daytona, Race Week, Bike Week and Spring Break, are the only dates we can’t book travel for you. However, you are able to stay in sunny Orlando during those dates if you choose to.
A 60 day notice is requested for Bonus Trips. Details about your hotel, where to check in, and specifics on your accommodations will be provided via email before your travel dates.
